The 4KOR Resistance Cord Strength System for Shoulder & Core Strength Building comes in a 3 or 5 Resistance Level option.

The 3 Level option includes 3 different resistance levels (7lbs, 12lbs, and 17lbs), with 2 cords per resistance level, for a total of 6 resistance cords.

The 5 Level option includes 5 different resistance levels (3lbs, 7lbs, 12lbs, 17lbs, and 22lbs) with 2 cords per resistance level, for a total of 10 resistance cords. This provides an unbeatable value for a heavy duty resistance cord strength system.

ABILITY TO CROSS ANCHOR

This system is designed to allow for the resistance cords to be cross-anchored, which allows the athlete to work in multiple planes of motion and more effectively strengthen shoulders.
