If you’re looking for a new type of resistance band that is comfortable and easy to use, this set is a must try.  This set of no-slip 2inch fabric resistance bands do not roll-up on themselves or will not snap like traditional bands.  This set of resistance band takes the frustration out of resistance band training, and allows you to focus more on the exercise and building that mind muscle connection.

NO-SLIP GRIPS BUILT INTO EACH BAND

Each hip band is 2” wide with a tacky grippy strip built into the inside of the band to help keep it in place while training. The narrow width of the 2” hip bands allows for a longer range of motion and is ideal for a variety of dynamic movements. 

DIFFERENT LEVELS OF RESISTANCE

The Orange hip band is made of a 2nd Generation, stiff material which provides an X-Heavy amount of resistance. The Yellow hip band is made of the Level 3, soft material that provides a Heavy resistance. The Green hip band is made of the Level 1, soft material that provides a light resistance.  This variation in resistance makes this set ideal for an level of athlete.

NO ROLLING UP, OR SNAPPING

What sets these bands apart from traditional minibands is these will not roll up or snap while training. There’s no sliding, no rolling, no snapping, and no breaking.

3” Bands Vs. the 2” Bands

The 3” Hip Bands provide a heavy resistance necessary to really target, tone and shape the glutes. This may be too much resistance for some users, depending on the uer’s prior resistance band experience.

The 2” Hip Bands are ideal for dynamic exercises that require a larger range of motion. For users that only have a moderate amount of resistance band experience, we recommend starting with the 2” Hip Band set.

MEDIUM SIZED 2” EXERCISE BAND SET 

The set of 3 Medium sized 2” Hip Bands include the Green (LIGHT Resistance- 13.5”), Yellow (HEAVY Resistance- 13.5”), and Orange (X-HEAVY Resistance- 14.25”).

LARGE SIZED 2” EXERCISE BAND SET

The set of 3 Large sized 2” Hip Bands include the Green (Light Resistance- 13.5”), Yellow (HEAVY Resistance- 17.5”), and Orange (X-HEAVY Resistance- 17.5”)

The only difference between Medium and Large is the length of the bands, please see the sizing chart in the photo gallery. If you’re on the border between the 2 sizes, we recommend sizing down to the medium set.
