The 4KOR Resistance Cord Strength System for Shoulder & Core Strength Building comes in a 3 or 5 Resistance Level option.
The 3 Level option includes 3 different resistance levels (7lbs, 12lbs, and 17lbs), with 2 cords per resistance level, for a total of 6 resistance cords.
ABILITY TO CROSS ANCHOR
This system is designed to allow for the resistance cords to be cross-anchored, which allows the athlete to work in multiple planes of motion and more effectively strengthen shoulders.
MOST DURABLE HOLE AND PLUG CONNECTION
The hole and plug connection between the resistance tube and the end members is designed to be safe and durable. Able to withstand thousands of repetitions.
